It was supposed to be a cross ship deal, he received my board on 3/5/08 I didn\'t get his board until 3/31/08 and that was after multiple PM\'s and emails. The board did arrive as it was described \'like new\' but I still feel this warrants a neutral because of the long delay and poor communication. I hope this doesn\'t become a pattern.
